Follow up maintenance for our customer who bought a Rheem 2 stage heat pump split system from us a year ago. It’s saving the customer so much money compared to what he had before.

Air conditioning maintenance.

No cool ac not working. Diagnosed failed compressor starter. Replaced part with factory equivalent and also cleaned the condenser coils. Got this customer back up and running on a Saturday evening within 1.5 hours of calling. Same day appointments available

Maintenance and coil cleaning on these ac units

Customer complained of system not keeping temperature set for 76°. Diagnosed the condenser and coil needing a good cleaning. Took apart the condenser to get to inside and outside coils to back wash and not push debris deep inside the coils. This improved the pressures however, the system needed a little refrigerant to be within manufacture specs. System is cooling well at this time.

Ac repair. Luckily it was just a capacitor but we will be back for maintenance!

Rheem 2 stage 5 ton heat pump split system maintenance.

Maintenance included with the purchase of a new unit. This one is a Rheem 2 stage 4 ton split heat pump that qualifies for srp and federal tax rebates in 2024. Customer said srp sent them something showing their energy usage has lowered a lot compared to his neighbors.

Ac checkup and maintenance. Cleaned condenser, cleared condensate drain. Replaced thermostat having issues. Installed a filter good for about a year.

Address airflow issues. Found one of the ducts had slipped off the collar. Made necessary repairs and customer is happy

Ac repair. This American standard condenser if from 1993 and the Lennox furnace is from 1975! Got it going but it’s barely getting rid of the heat and recommend replacing the equipment with something energy efficient. Offered the customer 50% of the repair towards a new unit if they decide to replace.

Ac maintenance and inspection. Made sure these older units are good to go for the summer. There is no guarantee there won’t be a problem this summer, but we give it a better chance of making it through

Ac maintenance. Tenant stated that both units are working fine no issues. Found one unit short cycling on low pressure. It would turn off and on real quick and would actually get to the point of spinning the compressor backwards. This is why preventative maintenance is so important. We can get this fixed before it gets really hot and turns into a big problem

Ac repair. This customer needed someone fast to fix his ac for his family and kid. We were out within 12ish hours and made the necessary repairs. Customer is happy and cool.

Ac maintenance and inspection. Cleaned condenser, cleared condensate drain, checked refrigeration cycle and electrical components. Good thing this customer did PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE because it surely would have gone out during the hottest day of the year. We were able to catch parts failing and rectify the situation so the customer can be worry free.

It’s hard to see in this picture, but this duct has deformed causing a loss of airflow to 2 rooms. The customer was complaining about the 2 rooms being hot. This is why maintenance and hvac inspections are important. You don’t have to live with hot and cold rooms. Call us to schedule and appointment
